CASEOTN - Atlus shared a new story trailer for Persona 4 Revival during Gamescom 2026. The trailer, lasting about two minutes, covers the game's events and the Investigation Team's efforts to uncover who is throwing people into the "Midnight Channel" shadow world, all while attempting to rescue the victims.

This contrasts with the previous video, titled "The Story So Far," which highlighted how the protagonist, Yu Narukami, found himself in this situation.

The Persona 4 Revival story trailer essentially expands on the previous summary, featuring a mix of gameplay, story segments, and animated scenes.

It begins with Yu's arrival in Inaba, showing him participating in activities like playing in a band, basketball, riding a scooter, and spending time with his cousin, Nanako. From there, the trailer introduces the murder mystery plaguing the town and the possibility of a serial killer using the "Midnight Channel" urban legend to commit crimes.

That is when it is revealed that the legend is more than just a rumor. Yu, Chie, and Yosuke eventually venture into the other world and encounter a creature known as Teddie.

They discover that someone is throwing people into this realm and that confronting their own Shadows grants them access to their Personas and new powers. The team then resolves to fight back and uncover the truth behind the events.
